Delete in the Trivana app
Use the account currently signed in on your device.
- 1Open the Trivana mobile app.
- 2Open Settings.
- 3Select Data & account.
- 4Tap Delete account and data, then confirm the permanent deletion.

For a standard player account, confirmation permanently deletes the account immediately and signs you out. This action cannot be undone.
No app access required
Already uninstalled Trivana or lost the device?
You can request deletion from the web without reinstalling the app. Email us from any address and include the pseudonymous Player ID shown in Trivana Settings, if you saved it. If you do not have that ID, include the player handle, approximate account-creation or last-play date, and any other non-sensitive detail that can help us locate the correct account. We will verify the match before deletion and will never ask for a password or notification token.
Request deletion by emailWe target completion within 30 days after verification. This assisted pathway is also available to anonymous player accounts.
What is deleted
- Your Trivana sign-in identity and active server-side sessions
- Your player profile, app preferences, and registered push-notification tokens
- Account-linked Daily Drop entries, scores, streaks, energy, and other player history
- Other personal data used only to provide your deleted player account
What may be retained
- Records we must keep for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, or dispute-resolution obligations
- De-identified or aggregated statistics that can no longer identify your account
- Team, creator, purchase, or operator records that need ownership transfer or assisted deletion so other people and business records are not destroyed
Timing and residual copies
The active standard player account is deleted immediately after in-app confirmation. Residual personal data in backups or service provider systems is removed within 30 days, except information we are legally required to retain. Retained information is limited to the purpose and period required by law.
Assisted deletion
Creator, team, purchase, or operator account?
These accounts can contain shared games, team records, purchases, deployed personalities, or business data. The app will direct you to assisted deletion so we can delete or transfer that data without harming other users. Email us from the address associated with the account; we will complete the verified request within 30 days.
