Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Trivana ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Trivana's master product and web service are operated by Rerato, Inc. (Delaware, USA), which is the contracting party for web purchases unless an accepted written order or checkout identifies a different entity. Our current mobile applications may be published and distributed in app stores by our affiliate Rerato Technologies Private Limited (CIN: U58200HR2025PTC130654). The seller or publisher identified in the applicable checkout, receipt, or app-store terms is the contracting entity for that transaction. The applicable Rerato entity is referred to as "Rerato," "we," or "us" below.

Eligibility

To use Trivana, you must:

• •Be at least 13 years of age
• •Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• •Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use Trivana.

Account Responsibilities

When you create an account with Trivana:

• •You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• •You must not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access
• •You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• •You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Rules of Conduct

When using Trivana, you agree not to:

• •Use cheats, bots, automation tools, or any unfair methods to gain advantages
• •Engage in harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward other users
• •Create or share content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
• •Attempt to break, exploit, or circumvent our systems (including prompt injection)
• •Scrape, copy, or redistribute our content without permission
• •Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• •Use the service for any illegal purpose

User-Generated Content

When you create trivia games, upload documents (such as PDFs), or provide other content on Trivana:

  Ownership: You retain ownership of the original content you create or upload

  License: You grant Trivana a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content on our platform
• •
  Prohibited Content: You must not create content that is copyrighted by others, illegal, abusive, or otherwise violates these terms

Uploaded Content: When you upload documents (such as PDFs) or provide URLs, the extracted text is stored to enable question regeneration and game editing. This content is sent to our AI model providers (listed on our sub-processors page) solely for trivia question generation. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you upload.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms without notice.

Trivana Content and Intellectual Property

Trivana and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Rerato, Inc. and are protected by intellectual property laws.

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Trivia answers are provided for entertainment purposes and should not be relied upon as authoritative sources of information. We make no guarantees about the accuracy of AI-generated content.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• •Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• •Accuracy or reliability of any content

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Trivana and Rerato shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or your use of Trivana shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months prior to the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may also stop using Trivana at any time.

Paid Features & Billing

Trivana's current public offers are:

  Free: Self-serve topic-based game creation, currently limited to up to 10 game generations per day and up to 10 questions per game, plus standard-host play and shareable links. Supported source imports require Creator Pro.

  Creator Pro ($11/mo): Monthly subscription for premium game-creation features including URL/PDF generation, brand kit, and analytics. Each paid monthly billing period includes 3 Smart Host credits.
• •
  Creator Pro + Smart Host ($29/mo): Everything in Creator Pro plus 25 Smart Host credits each paid monthly billing period for prepared correct-answer, wrong-answer, and timeout reactions on eligible games. Exact-script lip-synced video is not included unless a written production scope says otherwise. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period.

  Workshop Reinforcement Pilot ($399 USD one time): A managed, fixed-scope reinforcement production. The exact purchased scope is listed in the pilot terms below. The pilot does not renew automatically.

  Trivana Studios: Custom activations are offered only under an accepted written scope. Deliverables, rights, production level, schedule, price, payment milestones, and any scope-specific cancellation terms are stated in that written scope.

Smart Host credits: One Smart Host generation run uses 1 credit with an economy voice or 2 credits with a premium voice. Monthly grants and purchased top-up credits are added to one account balance. Top-up packs are available only to eligible paid plan owners; members of a shared Team balance must ask the account owner to purchase them. Under the current credit ledger, unused credits roll over and do not expire while the account and service remain available.

Legacy purchases: Previously sold subscriptions, add-ons, standalone credit-pack access, and one-time access products are support-only and are not offered to new customers. Existing customers retain the entitlements recorded in their account, subject to the terms shown when they purchased and our Refund Policy.

Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider. Rerato, Inc.uses Stripe for supported web purchases globally. App-store purchases are governed by the store's payment terms and the seller shown there. Prices exclude applicable taxes unless checkout expressly states otherwise. By completing a purchase, you agree to the entity, pricing, and billing terms shown at checkout.

Workshop Reinforcement Pilot Terms

The $399 USD one-time purchase includes:

• •One completed workshop and one 14-day sequence
• •Exactly 15 reviewed decisions: five each on Day 0, Day 7, and Day 14
• •Buyer selection and approval before participant release
• •One private cohort with up to 100 distinct starters across the sequence
• •Prepared Luna facilitator video with synchronized captions, plus a full text version and audio-only fallback; the pilot is not ready for release until the reviewed video passes media QA
• •One consolidated revision round
• •Directional participation, best-attempt response patterns, response-area grouping, and CSV export

• •Usable brief and first-draft target: First candidate decision set targeted within two business days after Trivana accepts a complete brief and usable source material. Time waiting for source access, buyer answers, selection, revision feedback, or approval is outside that target.
• •Revision: One revision round means one consolidated set of reasonable changes to the delivered questions, wording, tone, or branding within the agreed source material. A new workshop, audience, language, or material expansion is additional scope.
• •Your material: You retain ownership and warrant that you have the rights and authority to provide it. You grant us a limited license to process it only to produce, host, support, and improve the purchased deliverables.
• •Confidentiality: We do not publish workshop material or pilot outputs as public library content without permission. Material may be processed by the service providers identified on our sub-processors page as needed to fulfill the service.
• •Deliverable use: After payment, you receive a non-exclusive license to use and share the delivered checks and recap for the agreed cohort and internal/client follow-up. Trivana software, host assets, and platform components remain ours.
• •Hosting and results: Pilot links and their available result recap are hosted for at least 90 days after the final check, unless a different period is agreed in writing. You should export any data you need before that period ends.
• •Reporting limits: Participant names are self-asserted and displayed scores use the best recorded attempt. Participation and response data are directional reinforcement indicators. They do not independently verify identity, attendance, learning transfer, workplace performance, certification, or compliance.
• •Refund boundary: A full refund may be requested before Trivana delivers the first candidate decision set for buyer review. After that custom draft is delivered, the service is generally non-refundable while Trivana completes the agreed scope and included revision, except where required by law or if Trivana misses a separately confirmed delivery commitment.
• •Future work: Any continuation beyond the purchased pilot is separately scoped and priced in writing. The pilot does not renew automatically.

Trivana ChatGPT App

By using the Trivana app inside ChatGPT, you agree that:

• •You have the right to submit the topics, URLs, prompts, and source material you provide to Trivana through ChatGPT.
• •Games created through the ChatGPT app are unlisted by default. Anyone with the generated link can open and play the game, so you are responsible for how you share it.
• •Generated trivia is produced with AI and may contain errors. Do not rely on it as authoritative educational, legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.
• •OpenAI's terms govern the ChatGPT interface and OpenAI's processing of your prompt before it reaches Trivana. These Terms govern Trivana's processing after the request reaches Trivana and when the trivana.ai play page is loaded.
• •You may not use prompt injection, automated abuse, or other adversarial techniques to extract Trivana's prompts, models, internal tooling, or other users' game content.
• •Trivana may rate-limit, refuse, remove, or revoke generated games that violate these Terms or our safety policies.

Governing Law

These Service Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, and disputes are subject to the state and federal courts located in Delaware. Nothing in this section deprives you of mandatory consumer-protection rights available under the laws of your country of residence.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Trivana after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
