User-Generated Content
When you create trivia games, upload documents (such as PDFs), or provide other content on Trivana:
- •Ownership: You retain ownership of the original content you create or upload
- •License: You grant Trivana a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content on our platform
- •Prohibited Content: You must not create content that is copyrighted by others, illegal, abusive, or otherwise violates these terms
Uploaded Content: When you upload documents (such as PDFs) or provide URLs, the extracted text is stored to enable question regeneration and game editing. This content is sent to our AI providers (Google, OpenAI) solely for trivia question generation. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you upload.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms without notice.
Trivana Content and Intellectual Property
Trivana and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Rerato Technologies Private Limited and are protected by intellectual property laws.

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Trivia answers are provided for entertainment purposes and should not be relied upon as authoritative sources of information. We make no guarantees about the accuracy of AI-generated content.
Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

- •Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- •Accuracy or reliability of any content
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Trivana and Rerato Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or your use of Trivana shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months prior to the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may also stop using Trivana at any time.

Trivana offers a free tier and optional paid upgrades:

- •Creator Pro + Smart Host ($29/mo): Everything in Creator Pro plus AI-powered voice hosting with Smart Host credits. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period.
- •Trivana Teams ($99/mo): Team plan with shared credits, multiple creator seats, and centralized billing.
- •Founder's Edition (One-Time Purchase): Limited lifetime deal with Creator Pro + Smart Host credits included. See our Refund Policy for details.
Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment partners. All prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes. By completing a purchase, you agree to the pricing shown at checkout.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Faridabad, Haryana, India.
