Coins

Coins: Coins are a limited licence to use features of Trivana. They have no cash value, are not money or a deposit, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be sold or transferred between accounts. You buy them in packs, get them with a plan, or are given or earn them. Today they pay for making a show and questions past what your plan includes, Smart Host voice and video, a haunting and its film, another monster for the same haunting, a monster brought to life on camera, a larger haunted room, your name and mark on a room, and a spoken welcome for a room. What a thing costs in coins is shown before any are spent. We may change what coins pay for and what a thing costs in coins; a price shown when you confirm is the price you pay.

From credits to coins, October 15, 2026: every credit amount was multiplied by five and is now counted in coins. That includes every price, every pack, every plan's monthly amount, every gift, and every balance already on an account, which was converted at the same time, so every balance kept exactly its value: 100 credits became 500 coins. (On October 14, 2026 every amount had been multiplied by ten in the same way.) Nothing you held was lost, and nothing you bought costs more.

Which coins expire, and when: coins you buy never expire while your account and the service remain available. Welcome coins and earned coins expire 90 days after you get them. A plan's monthly coins roll over for one month after the billing period they came with, then expire. Coins given free before October 15, 2026 do not expire while your account stays open. Your wallet shows how many coins expire on which date.

Order of use: Coins are used soonest-to-expire first: a plan's coins, then welcome and earned coins by the date they expire, then other free coins, then coins you bought, the oldest pack first, so what you paid for is the last to be used. Every kind of coin pays for everything coins pay for.

Buying coins: Any signed-in account may buy a coin pack. A pack bought by a member of a team is that member's own and is not added to the team's shared balance. An account's first pack, any pack, adds 250 coins, once per account, whichever way it is paid for; those coins are taken back if the pack is refunded or charged back. Unspent bought coins can be refunded on request within 14 days of purchase, as our Refund Policy describes.

Welcome coins: Today a new account with a confirmed email address starts with 500 coins. A welcome is one for each person: it is given once for each account and once for each device, whole or not at all. We may change or end the welcome for accounts made after the change. Welcome coins have no cash value and are never refundable.

Earned coins: Coins you earn on Trivana, for example when a friend finishes something you made, when someone you invited makes their own, for playing or winning the Daily Show, or as a contest prize, have no cash value, are never refundable and cannot be transferred. They pay for everything coins pay for and expire 90 days after they are earned. Earning has limits for each person each day and each week. We may change or end a way to earn at any time; coins already earned keep the rules they were earned under.

Fraud and chargebacks: coins gained through fraud, abuse of a promotion, more than one account per person to collect free coins, or a payment that is reversed are forfeited, and we may close the account. If a payment is charged back after its coins were spent, the balance may go below zero and spending is paused until it is settled.

Plans, Offers & Billing

Trivana's current public offers are:

  Without a plan: Playing shows is free. Making one is paid in coins: a show is 50 coins with 5 questions included, and each question past that is 20 coins, up to 100 in a show. A new account with a confirmed email address starts with 500 coins. Supported source imports require Creator Pro.

  Creator Pro ($11/mo): Monthly subscription for premium game-creation features including URL/PDF generation, brand kit, and analytics. A show includes up to 20 questions, and each question past that is 5 coins, up to 100 in a show. Each paid monthly billing period includes 1,500 coins. A plan does not include hosts: a premium host is unlocked with coins or by playing, on any plan or none.

  Creator Pro + Smart Host ($29/mo): Everything in Creator Pro, the same 20 questions included in a show and 5 coins for each question past that, up to 100, and 4,000 coins each paid monthly billing period, for Smart Host (your host reading each question aloud and reacting out loud to every answer) and anything else coins pay for. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period.

  Workshop Reinforcement Pilot ($399 USD one time): A managed, fixed-scope reinforcement production. The exact purchased scope is listed in the pilot terms below. The pilot does not renew automatically.

  Cohort Rerun ($249 USD one time): A verbatim rerun of an already-approved Workshop Reinforcement program for one new private cohort of up to 100 distinct starters, with no content changes. Available only to the buyer of the approved program.

  Personalized Facilitator Setup ($1,999 USD one time) — not currently offered to new buyers: These terms continue to govern Personalized Facilitator Setups that have already been purchased. The offer is not available for new purchase. A managed production of one stylized (not photorealistic) AI facilitator: either a self-based facilitator from your consented reference photos and voice recording, or a fictional branded character from your design brief with no real-person biometric uploads. The matching written, revocable authorization must be completed before production; consent is never inferred from public recordings. Program production is always purchased separately. A time-limited founding variant may include one Workshop Reinforcement Pilot.

  Trivana Studios: Custom activations are offered only under an accepted written scope. Deliverables, rights, production level, schedule, price, payment milestones, and any scope-specific cancellation terms are stated in that written scope.

Legacy purchases: Previously sold subscriptions, add-ons, retired coin packs, and one-time access products are support-only and are not offered to new customers. Existing customers retain the entitlements recorded in their account, subject to the terms shown when they purchased and our Refund Policy.

Payments are processed securely by the payment provider shown at checkout. For web purchases processed by Dodo Payments, Dodo Payments acts as merchant of record. App-store purchases are governed by the store's payment terms and the seller shown there. Prices include tax. By completing a purchase, you agree to the entity, pricing, and billing terms shown at checkout.

Smart Host

Smart Host: 1 question = 25 coins. 10 questions = 250 coins. Smart Host is one product: your host reading each question aloud and reacting out loud to every answer, for shows of up to 100 questions. Live Autopilot narration (voice only) is 25 coins a question. A show bought with Smart Host goes live when its host is ready. A plan's monthly coins, coins you buy, welcome coins and earned coins are added to one account balance.

Trivana Moments

What you buy. One personalized gameshow made from the brief you write: up to ten questions around the interests you choose, an opening and a finale in your own words, your choice of host and colors, and a private link to watch it before anyone else does. The host's voice and video are made with AI tools from the script we write for your show. The price is $49 USD (₹2,999 in India, GST included), paid once at checkout. Prices include tax. There is no subscription and no physical product. Each order keeps the terms shown at its checkout.

What you get, and when. We take payment only once your brief and chosen memories are final, so the delivery period starts when your payment is confirmed. Your complete, playable show is ready in your private review within 24 hours of that payment. If it isn’t ready in your private review within 24 hours of your payment, we refund you in full. When it is ready, we email you a private preview link. Only you can open it. The time you take to review is yours and is not part of that 24 hours. When you are happy with the show, you release it yourself. Releasing gives you an unlisted play link and a gift card to send or print. Anyone with the play link can play, so share it with the people you choose.

Corrections. We fix our own mistakes free, and doing so never uses up your included revision or costs you anything more. One consolidated round of text changes to your show’s wording is included; further rounds you ask for cost $20 USD each, tax included (₹1,199 each, GST included, for orders paid in India), and we confirm with you before charging. Once your host's voice and video have been recorded, changes to the host, colors or music are not included. If we cannot deliver what you were promised, you get a full refund.

Your words and your rights. You must have the right to share the names, stories and details you give us, and to use them in a gift. Keep it to what you would happily say in front of your recipient: no confidential material, no sensitive personal data, nothing hurtful. We may decline or pause a show that breaks these rules or the Rules of Conduct below; if we do, the refund policy tells you what happens to your payment.

Your recipient's privacy. We never contact your recipient. Nothing is sent to anyone until you share it. Memories you collect from friends are used only as you chose in your review, and any friend can withdraw their own words. Your brief, your show and its links stay private to you until you release them. How we handle this information is set out in the privacy policy.

Optional photos. Upload only ordinary photos you have permission to use, showing adults only — no children, even for a child's birthday or graduation. Photos of a pet with its adult owners are fine. Friend photos need the organizer's approval before display. Choose which approved photos appear in the greeting, show or both. Uploads stay in private storage; releasing a show gives people with its play link access to its selected photos. Unpaid photo access expires with the private draft, normally after 14 days. Confirmed payment extends eligible photo access with the show's three-year hosting period. Removing or withdrawing a photo blocks future authorized reads and schedules stored-file cleanup; deletion may not be immediate. This cannot recall copies someone already saved.

Cancellations and refunds follow the Moments refund policy. Trivana Moments is sold by Rerato Technologies Private Limited, and the rest of these Terms apply to it too.

Trivana Concierge Gameshow

The one-time offer, at the price confirmed in your checkout and receipt, covers one gameshow with up to 10 reviewed questions, one language, one brand, existing Trivana Smart Host clips and voices, Live Autopilot narration, manual QA, one consolidated revision, an unlisted game link and one promotional clip. Prices include tax. First preview is targeted within two business days after we accept a complete, usable brief; final release requires buyer approval of the specific reviewed version.

You must have rights to supplied content and branding and must not submit confidential material, sensitive personal data, or regulated advice. Custom avatars, real-person likenesses, voice cloning, additional games, unlimited changes, guaranteed audience reach and engagement are not included. Unlisted games can be played by anyone with the link. Hosted media is not a confidential data room.

The approved game can be transferred to an account verified with the checkout email at no extra charge. Further self-serve generation and Smart Host regeneration follow the account's plan and coin limits; no subscription or unlimited coin entitlement is included. Your use of Trivana's software and existing host assets remains governed by these Terms. Cancellation, corrections and refunds follow the Concierge refund policy.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Trivana ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Trivana is operated by Rerato Technologies Private Limited (India), CIN U58200HR2025PTC130654, with its registered office at First Floor, Sector-17, Faridabad, Haryana 121002, India. The company is referred to as "Rerato," "we," or "us" in these Terms. Payment-provider and app-store terms also apply where shown at checkout. Existing purchases retain the contracting party and terms recorded on their order and receipt.

Eligibility

To use Trivana, you must:

• •Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• •Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use Trivana.

Account Responsibilities

When you create an account with Trivana:

• •You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• •You must not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access
• •You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• •You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Rules of Conduct

When using Trivana, you agree not to:

• •Use cheats, bots, automation tools, or any unfair methods to gain advantages
• •Engage in harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward other users
• •Create or share content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
• •Attempt to break, exploit, or circumvent our systems (including prompt injection)
• •Scrape, copy, or redistribute our content without permission
• •Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• •Use the service for any illegal purpose

User-Generated Content

When you create trivia games, upload documents (such as PDFs), or provide other content on Trivana:

  Ownership: You retain ownership of the original content you create or upload
• •
  License: You grant Trivana a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content on our platform
• •
  Prohibited Content: You must not create content that is copyrighted by others, illegal, abusive, or otherwise violates these terms

Uploaded Content: When you upload documents (such as PDFs) or provide URLs, the extracted text is stored to enable question regeneration and game editing. This content is sent to our AI model providers (listed on our sub-processors page) solely for trivia question generation. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you upload.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms without notice.

Trivana Content and Intellectual Property

Trivana and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Rerato Technologies Private Limited and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• •Accuracy or reliability of any content

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Trivana and Rerato shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or your use of Trivana shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months prior to the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may also stop using Trivana at any time.

Workshop Reinforcement Pilot Terms

The $399 USD one-time purchase includes:

• •One completed workshop and one 14-day sequence
• •Exactly 15 reviewed decisions: five each on Day 0, Day 7, and Day 14
• •Buyer selection and approval before participant release
• •One private cohort with up to 100 distinct starters across the sequence
• •Prepared Trivana Facilitator video with synchronized captions, plus a full text version and audio-only fallback; the pilot is not ready for release until the reviewed video passes media QA
• •One consolidated revision round
• •Directional participation, first- and best-attempt response patterns, retake counts, response-area grouping, and CSV export

• •Usable brief and first-draft target: First candidate decision set targeted within two business days after Trivana accepts a complete brief and usable source material. Time waiting for source access, buyer answers, selection, revision feedback, or approval is outside that target.
• •Revision: One revision round means one consolidated set of reasonable changes to the delivered questions, wording, tone, or branding within the agreed source material. A new workshop, audience, language, or material expansion is additional scope.
• •Your material: You retain ownership and warrant that you have the rights and authority to provide it. You grant us a limited license to process it only to produce, host, support, and improve the purchased deliverables.
• •Confidentiality: We do not publish workshop material or pilot outputs as public library content without permission. Material may be processed by the service providers identified on our sub-processors page as needed to fulfill the service.
• •Deliverable use: After payment, you receive a non-exclusive license to use and share the delivered checks and recap for the agreed cohort and internal/client follow-up. Trivana software, host assets, and platform components remain ours.
• •Hosting and results: Pilot links and their available result recap are hosted for at least 90 days after the final check, unless a different period is agreed in writing. You should export any data you need before that period ends.
• •Reporting limits: Participant names are self-asserted and displayed scores use the best recorded attempt. Participation and response data are directional reinforcement indicators. They do not independently verify identity, attendance, learning transfer, workplace performance, certification, or compliance.
• •Refund boundary: A full refund may be requested before Trivana delivers the first candidate decision set for buyer review. After that custom draft is delivered, the service is generally non-refundable while Trivana completes the agreed scope and included revision, except where required by law or if Trivana misses a separately confirmed delivery commitment.
• •Future work: Any continuation beyond the purchased pilot is separately scoped and priced in writing. The pilot does not renew automatically.

Trivana ChatGPT App

By using the Trivana app inside ChatGPT, you agree that:

• •You have the right to submit the topics, URLs, prompts, and source material you provide to Trivana through ChatGPT.
• •Games created through the ChatGPT app are unlisted by default. Anyone with the generated link can open and play the game, so you are responsible for how you share it.
• •Trivana does not automatically publish a ChatGPT game based on popularity. If you claim a game and choose Community publishing, you confirm that you reviewed its content and have the necessary rights, and you authorize public Trivana Community discovery and eligible search-engine indexing. You may withdraw that authorization later.
• •Generated trivia is produced with AI and may contain errors. Do not rely on it as authoritative educational, legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.
• •OpenAI's terms govern the ChatGPT interface and OpenAI's processing of your prompt before it reaches Trivana. These Terms govern Trivana's processing after the request reaches Trivana and when the trivana.ai play page is loaded.
• •You may not use prompt injection, automated abuse, or other adversarial techniques to extract Trivana's prompts, models, internal tooling, or other users' game content.
• •Trivana may rate-limit, refuse, remove, or revoke generated games that violate these Terms or our safety policies.

Governing Law

These Service Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the competent courts in Haryana, India. Nothing in this section deprives you of mandatory consumer-protection rights available under the laws of your country of residence.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Trivana after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
