Creator Pro (One-Time Purchase)
Creator Pro is a one-time purchase that grants lifetime access to premium features.
- •14-Day Refund Window: You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date, no questions asked.
- •After 14 Days: Refunds are not available after the 14-day window, as Creator Pro grants immediate and permanent access to all premium features.
- •Access During Refund: Upon refund approval, your account will be reverted to the free tier. Any games created with Pro features will remain published but you will not be able to create new Pro-tier content.
Smart Host (Monthly Subscription)
Smart Host is a monthly subscription for AI-powered voice hosting features.
- •Cancel Anytime: You can cancel your Smart Host subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- •No Partial Refunds: We do not offer partial refunds for unused days within a billing period. You will continue to have access until your current period ends.
- •First Month Refund: If you are not satisfied with Smart Host, you may request a full refund within the first 7 days of your initial subscription.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us with the following information:

- •Date of purchase
- •Payment ID or transaction reference (if available)
- •Reason for refund (optional, helps us improve)

Processing Time
Refund requests are processed within 5-7 business days. Once approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exceptions
Refunds may be denied in the following circumstances:
- •Accounts that have been suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service
- •Fraudulent or abusive refund requests
- •Requests made after the applicable refund window has expired
Taxes
If applicable taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax) were collected at the time of purchase, the full amount including taxes will be refunded. Our payment provider handles tax calculation and compliance automatically based on your location.
