A locked video is not a live trivia host. Rooms get noisy, late teams arrive, someone needs an extra moment, and announcements happen. The useful version of automation handles the predictable sequence while leaving an organizer in control of exceptions.
Trivana prepares narration before the event instead of generating new speech during every live session. That makes the host reusable, keeps the per-show cost predictable, and avoids waiting on a model between questions. The exact preparation credit quote appears before anything is charged; replaying prepared narration does not use more credits.
The four-step run of show
Step 1
Put the game on the room's main screen
Open Host Live on a TV, projector, or shared display. The screen shows the join QR and room code, then becomes the question, answer, and leaderboard stage.
Step 2
Let players join from their phones
Guests scan the QR or enter the short room code. They do not need to install an app or create a player account. Their phones become answer pads while the room watches one shared show.
Step 3
Start prepared Live Autopilot
The selected host reads each question and choice, opens the answer window after speaking, reacts to how the room performed, explains the correct answer, shows the leaderboard, and moves to the next question.
Step 4
Intervene only when real life does
Pause for an announcement, add ten seconds, reveal early, skip a problem question, or adjust host and music volume. Resuming continues the narration and synchronized phone experience.
