Creator terms

Last updated: November 6, 2026

Who this is between

These terms are between you, a creator who shares a Trivana link we gave you, and Rerato, Inc., a Delaware corporation (Delaware file number 10609391), 815 Superior Ave Ste 1618, PMB 228, Cleveland, OH 44114, United States, which runs Trivana ("we"). You agree to them when you post your link. You are not our employee, agent or partner, and you do not speak for Trivana.

What you earn

You earn 30% of what the buyer paid for each purchase credited to your link: a host, the Whole Cast, or anything else bought at checkout on trivana.ai. For a monthly plan, you earn on the first payment only, not on renewals.

"What the buyer paid" is the price after any discount, without sales tax or VAT, before the payment provider's fees, in US dollars at the rate our payment provider (Stripe) used. If the buyer is refunded or wins a chargeback, that part of the sale earns nothing. If a sale is refunded or charged back after we paid you, we take that commission off your next payout.

Example: a buyer gets the Whole Cast for $29. You earn 30% of $29, which is $8.70.

How a sale is credited to you

Your link is the trivana.ai address we gave you, ending in your handle (for example trivana.ai/roach?utm_source=creator&…&utm_content=yourhandle). Keep it as it is: the handle at the end is how we know the sale is yours.

  • 30 days. When someone opens your link, their browser remembers you for 30 days. If they buy in that time, in that same browser, the sale is yours, even if they come back later without the link.
  • The newest link wins. If they then open another creator's link, that creator gets the sale, and their 30 days start then. If they arrive through one of our own campaign links just before buying, the sale is credited to that campaign and earns nothing.
  • What we cannot see. A buyer who switches phone or computer, clears cookies, or has said no to optional cookies and closes their browser before buying is lost to us. So is someone who types trivana.ai rather than tapping your link. In the EU, the EEA and the UK we do not remember links, so a sale there counts only when the buyer buys in the visit that began with your link. We credit only what our records show.

When you are paid

Every sale waits 30 days after it is paid, because a buyer may ask for a refund for up to 30 days. After that wait the sale is payable. In the first ten days of each month we pay what became payable during the month before.

Worked example: a sale on November 3 becomes payable on December 3; a sale on November 28 becomes payable on December 28. Both are paid in the first ten days of January. So November's sales are paid in early January, December's in early February, and so on.

A sale with an open chargeback waits until the chargeback is settled.

The $25 minimum

We send a payment once you are owed at least $25. If you are owed less, it carries over and is added to the next month, as many months as it takes. When this arrangement ends, we pay whatever you are owed at the next monthly payout, even if it is under $25.

How you are paid

We pay in US dollars by PayPal, Wise or, for a US bank account, ACH transfer. You choose one and send us the details by email. We pay the fees for sending; any fee your own bank or provider charges you to receive or convert the money is yours. If a payment comes back because the details were wrong, we send it again once you correct them.

Tax forms

Before your first payment, send us a W-9 if you are a US person, or a W-8BEN if you are not. We hold your payment until we have it. We may send you, and file, the tax forms US law requires (such as a Form 1099). You are responsible for your own taxes on what you earn. We keep your form privately and use it only for tax.

Telling your audience

You earn money from your link and you got a free Whole Cast, so every post, video, story or description that mentions Trivana or carries your link must say so clearly, where people will see it before they tap: use #ad or your platform's own paid-partnership label, or say it out loud in a video. This is what the US Federal Trade Commission and most platforms require. A post without it earns nothing.

Say only what is true: what you tried yourself, and the prices and offers shown on trivana.ai. Do not promise results, invent reviews, or claim to speak for Trivana.

Your free Whole Cast

Every creator who posts about Trivana gets the Whole Cast free, whether or not anything sells. It is yours to keep under the same terms as a bought one, and it stays yours if this arrangement ends. It does not change the disclosure above.

What does not earn

  • Your own purchases, and purchases made for you or paid by you, even through your link.
  • Sales from paid ads that use the name Trivana or Rerato (including search ads on those words), spam, pop-ups, bots, or anything that pays or rewards people for tapping.
  • Sales we refund, sales charged back, and sales we find were fraudulent.
  • Posts that do not say they are an ad.

What we tell you

Each month we can tell you how many sales your link brought, what they came to, what was refunded, and what we owe you. We never tell you who bought: buyers' names, emails and other details stay with us.

Ending this

You or we can end this at any time by email, for any reason. Sales credited to you before it ends are still paid under these terms, after their 30-day wait. Sales after it ends earn nothing. If you break these terms, we may end this at once and keep back commission on the sales concerned.

Changes and the law

We may change these terms by emailing you at least 14 days before the change. A change applies only to sales after it takes effect; if you do not agree, you can end this before then. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Questions: support@trivana.ai.
