Try it
Halloween in 20 daysHalloween for work teams
A Halloween social nobody has to prepare or host. Open a haunted room on the shared screen, and in two minutes your team are monsters answering questions about each other on their phones. It ends on a poster with everyone in it. Prefer a quiz? The hosted rounds are below.
Two minutes from now
Open a room
Name it for your team or your floor, and put it on the meeting's shared screen or the office television. No account and nothing to install.
Open a haunted roomEveryone joins on a phone
Paste the invite in the chat, or let people scan the code. Each person picks a monster and finishes one sentence about themself; anyone who would rather not can skip it, and anyone without a phone can be typed in. The room is family and work safe unless you choose otherwise, and you can read the questions over before you start.
Play, then post the team
About six minutes: questions about each other on the screen, phones as the controllers, a lantern each and a last survivor. It ends on a poster of the whole team under its name, and everyone leaves with a poster of their own.
Or run a hosted round
Costume hall of fame is a round about your own team's costumes; Fright night is a spooky quiz that needs no preparation. Try three questions of either, press Make my version, read the questions, and send one link.

Questions
Does it work for a remote or hybrid team?
Yes. Share the screen with the room on it and paste the invite in the chat: people join on their phones or in another tab. A question lasts a little longer than usual, because a shared screen arrives a moment late. In an office, put it on the big screen and play it as a room.
How long does it take?
About two minutes to open a room and get everyone in, and about six to play. A hosted round takes a few minutes to set up and about five to play.
Is it safe for work?
A room is family and work safe unless you change it: a sentence about bodies, relationships, money, health, religion or politics is refused before anyone sees it, and nobody can name a colleague in theirs. The sentence is optional, a person can take theirs back, and you can read the questions over and skip any. It is spooky and never gory, and nobody is asked to sign up.
What do people have to type?
A first name and the end of one sentence, such as "I am secretly scared of...". Both can be done with a tap. Everyone gets a monster whether they type or not.
What does it cost?
A haunted room is free, and so is trying a round and making a short one. Paid plans add longer rounds, your own source material and branding; a company-wide programme is scoped in writing. The current prices are on the pricing page.
