Trivana for Training turns your onboarding docs, policies, SOPs, and courses into voiced comprehension quizzes your team actually finishes — and gives you a completion + comprehension report that proves they learned it. An AI host reads each question aloud and reacts to every answer, so a 10-minute module feels like a game instead of a silent form.

The loop is: create a quiz from your content → assign it to a cohort → share one link → review who finished and who passed.

The fastest path from zero to your first report:

1. Start your 14-day trial from the Training page (no card; 5 seats, 100 voice credits).
2. Open the builder and generate a quiz from a doc, policy, or URL.
3. Assign it to a cohort on your report.
4. Share the play link with your team.
5. Watch the report fill in.

In the builder you can paste a topic, paste a URL, or upload a document (PDF, DOCX). Trivana extracts the key facts and writes a comprehension quiz — no manual question-writing. You choose:

• Host voice — the AI personality that reads and reacts.
• Difficulty & question count — up to 20 questions per quiz on paid plans.
• Language — questions and the voiced host support 10+ languages.
• Voice quality — Standard (economy) uses 1 credit; Premium (our most expressive voice) uses 2.

Publish when it looks good — the voiced audio is generated once and then served to every learner.

A cohortis a named group you assign a quiz to (e.g. “Q3 New Hires”). On your report, open “Cohorts & assignments,” pick the quiz, name the cohort, set the roster size and a due date, and click Assign. You can do this before you share the link, so completion tracks against the roster from zero.

Each cohort row shows completion vs. roster (e.g. 5/6), average score, and pass rate. You can remove an assignment at any time.

Your report aggregates results automatically:

• Learners — distinct finishers.
• Average score and pass rate (default ≥70%).
• Average time to complete.
• By quiz and by cohort breakdowns.
• Learner roster — each learner's score, pass/fail, attempts, and time.

Click Export CSVfor the full roster (safe for Excel/Sheets). The score shown is a learner's best attempt if they retake — the Attempts column shows how many tries.

Credits meter voiced-quiz generation (not plays — replays are free). The premium voice uses 2 credits per quiz; the economy voice uses 1.

• Team — $99/mo, 5 seats, 100 voice credits/mo (50 premium or 100 economy quizzes).
• Business — $599/mo, 10 seats, 300 credits/mo. Book a pilot.
• Enterprise — custom. SSO/SCIM on request.

Billing is via Stripe (global) or Razorpay (India). Cancel anytime; published quizzes stay live.

Learners play with no signup — they open a link, type a name, and play. The name is self-asserted (not identity-verified), and learners are de-duplicated by their device. For audited identity (one record per named person), ask us about per-learner invite links.

Your training is private and isolated; it never appears in any public feed. You are the data controller; Rerato is your processor. You can request deletion of a quiz's results, a cohort, or all learner data at any time. See Privacy, Security, and Sub-processors.

Share quizzes by link or QR in email, Slack, or Teams. CSV export is available today. SCORM / xAPI export and direct LMS sync are on the roadmap — tell us what you use and we'll prioritize for your pilot. SSO / SCIM is available for Enterprise on request.

Do learners need an account? No — zero signup. Only creators/admins have accounts.

Can I require a passing score? Every quiz is scored pass/fail at a 70% bar; configurable per-quiz thresholds are on the roadmap.

What counts against my credits? Only voiced quizzes you generate (premium 2 / economy 1). Replays are free.

How many languages? 10+ for both questions and the voiced host.
