Getting started

Run your first training quiz in 5 steps

From your content to “who passed” — usually under 10 minutes. Here's the whole flow.

  1. 1

    Start your free trial

From the Trivana for Training page, click “Start 14-day free trial.” No credit card. You get 5 builder seats, unlimited learners, and 100 voice credits to start. Your trial unlocks Creator Studio so you can build voiced quizzes.

  2. 2

Create a voiced quiz from your content

Open the builder, paste a topic or your training content (onboarding handbook, policy PDF, SOP, or a wiki/URL), pick a host voice and difficulty, and generate. Trivana writes a comprehension quiz and casts an AI host who reads each question aloud and reacts to every answer — the reason people actually finish it. Standard (economy) voice uses 1 credit; the most expressive premium voice uses 2.

  3. 3

    Assign it to a cohort

On your training report, use “Cohorts & assignments”: pick the quiz, name the cohort (e.g. “Q3 New Hires”), set how many people you assigned it to, and a due date. Completion now tracks against that roster — you can do this before you share, so it counts from zero.

  4. 4

Share one link — learners just play

Send the play link (or QR code) to your team in email, Slack, or Teams. Learners open it, type their name, and play — no account, no signup. They hear the host, answer the questions, and see their score at the end.

  5. 5

Review who finished and who passed

Your report fills in automatically: total learners, average score, pass rate (≥70%), average time, a per-cohort completion view, and a learner roster you can export to CSV. That's the proof for your records — who completed it and where the gaps are.

Good to know

  • Learners are identified by the name they type (self-asserted, not verified). For audited identity, ask us about per-learner invite links.
  • Scores show a learner's best attempt if they retake — the report's Attempts column shows how many tries.
  • A voiced quiz is produced once and then served to any number of learners — replays don't cost credits.
  • Your training is private and isolated; it never appears in any public feed.
