Trivana turns your accepted workshop material into three rounds of reviewed decision practice. You keep the client relationship, approve the final content, distribute the private links, and decide what to revisit. Trivana manages the production and returns a directional recap.

The current pilot is managed—not a self-serve builder. The provider remains the client-facing owner while Trivana prepares and operates the approved reinforcement experience.
Share a complete brief and material you are authorized to use for the participant cohort.
Prepare grounded decisions, answer rationale, source locators, and exact facilitator wording for review.
Review the proposed set, use the included consolidated revision, and approve before participant release.
Send the Day 0, Day 7, and Day 14 links and any reminders through your existing client channel.
Enter a self-asserted name and complete five decisions per round without creating a Trivana account.
Review completion, best-attempt patterns, response-area groupings, and the CSV to choose what to revisit.
Responsibility split
The split is explicit so neither party assumes that approval, distribution, or client follow-up has been automated.

The public consultative-selling round uses Mira, the Trivana Facilitator shown for the offered paid pilot. Her avatar and voice are AI-generated—not a live person. The recap sample uses illustrative data and is not a customer result.

Current scope: One private cohort with up to 100 distinct starters across the sequence. A repeat cohort is a new engagement, not an automatic reuse right or included subscription.
Confidentiality and access
Source files and buyer review remain in the private Studio workflow; participants receive only the approved experience. Providers must still confirm usage rights and avoid sharing material or personal data they are not authorized to disclose.
Not under the current $399 engagement. It covers one workshop and one private cohort. A later cohort requires renewed source confirmation and a separately agreed scope; continuation pricing has not been published.
The buyer sends the private Day 0, Day 7, and Day 14 round links and any reminders; automated reminders are not included.
Day 0 means the first buyer-approved reinforcement release after the workshop, not the payment date. Upcoming workshops are the best fit; a workshop completed within the previous four weeks may qualify as a refresher after source review.
Participation and response data are directional reinforcement indicators. They do not independently verify identity, attendance, learning transfer, workplace performance, certification, or compliance.
