Questions teams ask before they buy
Do learners need an account?
No. Learners open a link, type a name, and play — zero signup. Only creators/admins have accounts. (Names are self-asserted, not identity-verified; ask us about per-learner invite links for audited identity.)
Where does our data live, and is it private?
On Supabase (US) with row-level security, served over TLS. Your training is fully isolated and never appears in any public feed. See our Security and Sub-processors pages.
Can I require a passing score?
Every quiz is scored pass/fail at a 70% bar, and the report shows who passed. Configurable per-quiz thresholds are on the roadmap.
Can I export the results?
Yes — one-click CSV export of the full learner roster. SCORM / xAPI / direct LMS sync are on the roadmap (talk to us if you need them for a pilot).
What counts against my monthly credits?
Only voiced quizzes you generate. A premium-voice quiz uses 2 credits; the faster economy voice uses 1. Learners replaying a quiz costs nothing.
How many languages?
Quiz text and the voiced host support 10+ languages — generate the same quiz for multiple locales.
How do I assign a quiz to a cohort?
From your training report: pick the quiz, name the cohort (e.g. “Q3 New Hires”), set the roster size and due date, and share the link. Completion tracks against the roster automatically.
Do you support SSO?
SSO / SCIM is available for Enterprise on request — tell us your identity provider. Today, creator sign-in is Google or email.
