- Reviewed exact-script facilitator video with captions for the approved moments; audio and transcript are playback fallbacks, not substitutes for final video readiness. Source review, scenario writing, hosted delivery, and one consolidated revision are included.
- Private Learn Studio
- A buyer workspace for the brief, source files, scenario selection, approval, participant links, and reporting.
- Directional recap
- Participation, best completed attempt, duration, competency response patterns, and CSV export.

Do participants need Trivana accounts?
No. They open an unlisted private bearer link. If a link is exposed, the provider can ask support to revoke and replace it.
What does the report prove?
It reports directional participation and response patterns. It is not attendance verification, certification, compliance proof, or evidence of learning transfer.
How quickly is the first round produced?
The first reviewed round is targeted within two business days after Trivana accepts usable source material and a complete brief. That is a production target, not an automatic guarantee before source review.
