Workshop ReinforcementFounding pilot

One workshop. 15 decisions. Three follow-ups. $399.

Trivana reviews the material participants actually received, builds a private Day 0, Day 7, and Day 14 sequence, and gives you a directional recap for client follow-up. You inspect and approve every decision before release.

Fixed scope

Exactly what your $399 buys.

The pilot is intentionally narrow. The buyer, participant, and Trivana all know what is included before payment.

01
15 source-grounded decisions
Five reviewed decisions in each Day 0, Day 7, and Day 14 round.
02
One private cohort
One private cohort with up to 100 distinct starters across the sequence. Participants do not create accounts.
03
Managed facilitator production
Prepared Luna facilitator video with synchronized captions, plus a full text version and audio-only fallback; the pilot is not ready for release until the reviewed video passes media QA. Source review and one consolidated revision are included.
04
Private Learn Studio
Add the brief and source, inspect the grounded candidates, select the final 15, request one revision, and approve release.
05
Three hosted participant links
The buyer receives one private bearer link per round and remains responsible for distribution and reminders.
06
Directional recap and CSV
Directional participation, best-attempt response patterns, response-area grouping, and CSV export.

The public sample uses illustrative consultative-selling material. A paid pilot is rebuilt from the source Trivana accepts and the buyer approves.

Prepared facilitator guidance

A prospect describes three symptoms but asks for a product recommendation. What should the rep do first?

A. Recommend the most popular package
B. Clarify the business impact and decision criteria
C. Send every available case study
D. Ask the prospect to choose a budget first
Facilitator response: Diagnose the impact before prescribing a solution; the recommendation should follow the buyer's decision criteria.

    Send the rounds

The buyer sends the private Day 0, Day 7, and Day 14 round links and any reminders; automated reminders are not included.

Best fit

Choose the pilot when the program and owner are real.

  • A completed or upcoming workshop with usable source material
  • A named program owner who can approve content and send three links
  • One real cohort of up to 100 distinct starters
  • A need for practical follow-up signals rather than certification evidence

Not included

Some needs require a different system or scope.

  • Proctored testing, verified attendance, certification, or compliance records
  • An LMS replacement, SSO rollout, automated reminder campaign, or enterprise integration
  • Unapproved third-party material or participant records
  • Additional cohorts, white-label delivery, or a custom facilitator inside this pilot

Is this a software subscription?

No. The $399 pilot is a one-time managed production engagement for one workshop and one private cohort.

What does Day 0 mean?

Day 0 means the first buyer-approved reinforcement release after the workshop, not the payment date. Upcoming workshops are the best fit; a workshop completed within the previous four weeks may qualify as a refresher after source review.

How quickly will I see the first work?

First candidate decision set targeted within two business days after Trivana accepts a complete brief and usable source material. This is a production target after source acceptance—not a guarantee that participant-ready media is complete within two business days.

What can I revise?

One consolidated revision round is included before final approval. A new source, expanded scope, additional cohort, or post-approval change requires a new timeline or quote.

Do participants need Trivana accounts?

No. They open a private bearer link in a browser and enter a self-asserted name. Participant names are self-asserted, and best-attempt reporting is directional; it does not verify identity or attendance.

What does the recap prove?

Participation and response data are directional reinforcement indicators. They do not independently verify identity, attendance, learning transfer, workplace performance, certification, or compliance.

What is the refund boundary?

A full refund may be requested before Trivana delivers the first candidate decision set for buyer review. After that custom draft is delivered, the service is generally non-refundable while Trivana completes the agreed scope and included revision, except where required by law or if Trivana misses a separately confirmed delivery commitment.

Source confidentiality

Upload only material you are authorized to share. Trivana does not publish workshop material or private pilot outputs as public library content without permission. Source material and prepared scripts are shared only with the service providers needed to deliver the project. Review the Learn data-handling summary before uploading sensitive material, or contact support for the current provider register or a DPA.

Accepting new pilot projects

Ready to give one workshop a useful follow-up?

The current paid pilot uses Luna, an AI-generated illustrated facilitator—not a live person—with prepared, buyer-reviewed scripts. Each purchase creates a separate private Studio project with its own source, approvals, participant links, and recap.
