Product and pricing FAQ

What is a Trivana use case?

A use case page starts from what you're running — a webinar, an offsite, onboarding, a party — shows you a playable voiced demo, and then routes you to the right way to build and (when you're ready) pay: Creator Pro for self-serve creation, Smart Host credits for answer-aware voiced reactions, the Trivana Learn pilot for managed workshop reinforcement, or Trivana Studios for custom productions.

Can I try before paying?

Yes — every use case has an instant demo you can play without an account, and you can generate your own free 5-question voiced game in seconds. Paid plans start at $11 per month (Creator Pro) and $29 per month (Creator Pro + Smart Host).

What does the Trivana Learn pilot include?

The $399 Workshop Reinforcement Pilot turns one completed workshop into three reviewed reinforcement sessions on Day 0, Day 7, and Day 14 for one private cohort with up to 100 distinct starters across the sequence, with buyer review before release and a directional participation recap plus CSV. It is not an LMS and does not provide certification, attendance, or compliance evidence.

Do players ever need accounts?

No. Published games open from one link in any browser. Creators use an account for saved games, branding, analytics, and paid features.

What if my situation doesn't fit a page?

Every use case page has a short question form that lands directly in our inbox — a real person replies by email, usually within one business day. Custom productions go through the Trivana Studios brief.
